Home delivery means maximum convenience for your customers. The parcels are driven all the way home, and your customers are notified both before delivery and during the journey. Of course, our home deliveries are also traceable.

We offer various options for home delivery of parcels, so you can choose the one that suits you and your customers best. Depending on which service you choose, and in which area the delivery takes place, it is possible for your customers to receive delivery both during the day, in the evenings and even on weekends in larger cities.

We offer a basic home delivery service for delivery during the day between 8-17. A flexible delivery outside the door where the recipient can also redirect the delivery to a pickup point if they cannot receive it.

We also offer a flexible and greener home delivery service where we have further improved the recipient experience. This service is offered in larger cities in Denmark and with it you can offer your customers shorter time windows, delivery both during the day and evening, an improved interface, tracking of the parcels in real time and the possibility to choose delivery day and time window for the delivery. As standard, we deliver exclusively CO2-free, to all your customers in Copenhagen, Valby, Frederiksberg, Glostrup, Greve, Ishøj, Brøndby, Rødovre, Tårnby and Dragør, both day and evening. Roughly speaking, we reach 800,000 consumers in the Copenhagen area by bicycle courier or electric vehicle.

How big and heavy?

Weight and measurements

Maximum weight: 35 kg (25 kg to Finland).

Maximum dimensions: length 200 cm, or length + circumference 300 cm.

Minimum dimensions: 23 x 13 x 1 cm

For our basic home delivery service: if your parcel is over 120 cm on one side, has two sides over 60 cm or if it is smaller than the minimum dimensions, it must be sorted manually and incurs an extra handling fee.

    Here's how to proceed

    Packing and packaging

    Pack the goods safely and label the packaging well. Fragile objects must be surrounded by shock-absorbing materials to protect against pressure and shock. More good tips on how to pack and label can be found here.

    Ordering and collection

    Order the delivery directly in Mybring, via API, EDI or in your TA system. You can either sign a fixed collection agreement with us or order collection individually when you need it in Mybring or via customer service.

    During the transport

    The delivery time is 1-2 days in Denmark and the delivery can be tracked during the transport.

    Delivery and reception

    Depending on the home delivery service you choose, we deliver either between 8-17, Monday to Friday, on evenings between 17-21, or on the weekend. Your customer will be notified of the expected delivery date and time, with a tracking link, via SMS or e-mail. With our flexible solution, the recipient can follow the delivery in real time and change the delivery date and time.

    For delivery in the evening, with our flexible and greener home delivery service, the driver contacts the recipient before delivery.

    For our basic home delivery service: if the parcel cannot be delivered, it will be delivered to the nearest delivery point and the recipient will be notified.

Additional Services

Your delivery is delivered to the recipient even if the he/she is not present at the time of delivery and can acknowledge the shipment. The driver places the delivery in the best possible place and the recipient does not have to pick it up himself or book a new delivery.

Bring is responsible for delivering the goods in accordance with the written instructions in EDI and on the transport label. If there are no written instructions, delivery takes place, if possible, outside the door at the specified address. In cases where instructions cannot be followed or the driver deems that delivery cannot take place in a safe manner, the consignment may be returned to the sender. Flex Delivery can be used in combination with the services and destinations below.

The claim for compensation for the parcel or pallet expires when the parcel or pallet has been processed and delivered in accordance with the applicable conditions. In cases where the customer can document that any loss or damage has occurred during Bring's handling, Bring's general terms of service apply.

For you who want your home delivery parcels to be delivered to the recipient with a signature. The possibility of flexible delivery without an acknowledgement of receipt is blocked. The driver requires a signature at the time of delivery.

Have your recipient return their defective item in connection with the delivery of a new one.
