Parcels for redelivery

We have tried to deliver a parcel to you but you weren't at home. To order a new delivery, please fill out the form below or contact us by phone. We deliver parcels every business day.

Delivery can take place the following day when you order a redelivery for your parcel. If you order after 4 pm, the delivery can take up to two business days. It is not possible to order a redelivery for Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. 
A confirmation for a redelivery on Monday must therefore be made before Friday at 4 pm.
